Does anyone know of any website or dog food brand that offers you free dog food samples?

I’m looking for a website or dog food brand that when they actually send it to you, you’ll get it in less than 3 weeks!

I would go to a pet store that offers high quality food, ie, not petsmart/petco. The store where I buy my dogs’ food has samples in the store and they encourage you to take a small sample bag before you buy the full 30lbs. They only sell premium dog foods and stand behind all the products they sell. I would look for somewhere like this, they’ve been extremely helpful.

Good Luck!

Planning an Alaskan Cruise, what is a good itinerary to take? Cruise ship that offers the best food?

Posted by admin on December 24th, 2009 and filed under food offers | 4 Comments »

First time cruiser, I want to take a good route where I can see a lot of wildlife and glaciers and just great scenic views. What’s the difference between south bound and north bound passage ways?

I prefer Princess cruises, especially for their food. For a total treat, they have what is called the chefs table. It costs $75 extra per person, but let me tell you it is the Second best dinning experience I have EVER had in my life(#1 is eating at the French Laundry). The only difference between North bound and South bound is sometimes South bound is a smoother ride, but either one is fine. My suggestion is to book a cruise that goes to Glacier Bay. That is the best of the best. I have booked my third Alaskan cruise and have gone to Glacier Bay one time and Tracy Arms Fjord the other time. Next year it will be back to Glacier bay. If you can afford it, the very best is to take a cruise/tour. That way you will pretty much guarantee seeing plenty of wild life, especially if you go to Denali for part of your land tour. Again Princess does this the best because they own lodges in several places in the Alaskan wilderness and all of them are spectacular. BTW, Alaska cruising is my favorite cruise. Oh, the chefs table is something you sign up for the minute you get on board the ship and is extremely popular.

I think Don Shula steakhouse in Miami Lakes used to or still does have a contest with eating a huge steak.

What restaurants and eateries offer FREE food on your birthday?

some fast food restaurants offer a free side, or coupon for a little bit off… what are all the places you know of?

Glenwood Oaks offers your age as a percent off your entree. The offer is good 4 days before, 4 days after, but not on a Saturday night or holiday.

what is proper ettiqute when someone offers you food?

Is it wrong to take a lot of food.?

Yes, it’s impolite to take a large portion. You should only take what would be an average serving, or if it is going to be offered to a number of people, only as much as would allow for everyone to partake.

Why don’t more fast food restaurants offer more fast healthy options?

Posted by admin on October 30th, 2009 and filed under food offers | 9 Comments »

Why don’t more fast food restaurants offer more fast healthy options?

I’m all for that! But the reason they don’t (I think) is because healthy foods like veggies and fruits don’t last as long as french fries and meat that can be frozen forever. All fast foods are loaded with preservitives so they last longer. Healthy foods aren’t. They’d lose money…and that’s the bottom line… I know that McDonalds did start offering more salads and bottled water after that "Supersize Me" movie. They really took a beating for that. Maybe we need to educate more people about the unhealthy food they eat when they go to fast food. Then if people cut back on going, it will hurt their business, then they’ll have to give the people what they want in order to stay in business?!

Good question!

Is there a way to find out whether the food offered for sale on the shelf is genetically modified?

Posted by admin on October 28th, 2009 and filed under food offers | 1 Comment »

Does the law requires such food to be labelled properly?

There are no laws that require food to be labeled if they are genetically modified (in the United States.) And now legislation is being voted on whether or not meat producers will be required to have labeling that states their meat comes from cloned animals. And I’ll give you one more - there was a law requiring food producers to label their packages if the food is radiated which the food lobbyist are saying causing them financial hardship, so that low will probably be repealed soon. The long and the short of is you can’t rely on the food industry to label their food with anything that might dissuade people from buying their products, but you can look for organically grown and locally grown food (farmer’s markets are a great source.) Organic foods by definition cannot be modified genetically or have pesticides, herbicides, or non-organic fertilizers added. I hope this helps.

What are some examples of modern day idol worship? And what does it mean to eat food offered to idols?

Posted by admin on October 24th, 2009 and filed under food offers | 9 Comments »

Im looking for good examples of both.

logging on to answers.yahoo.com all the time looking to participate in its activies it offers you. and being addicted to it makes it even worse. eating the food offered to idols is like when you see a comercial of a celebrity or a star and they tell you to eat something showing you they eat it too and trying to convince you to eat it is also a good example. i would suggest if you wanted to be perfectly sinless to this area would be to grow your own food and eat it. dont watch tv. dont be too religious (it makes people crazy, and you lose the main point of religion). and just do wat is right, not what you are tempted by.
